Big Bend Fishing.net went splat

Post by DKWakulla » Fri May 17, 2019 6:56 pm

Anyone else getting a 404 error on that site? It really smells like they didn't pay the hosting bill.

Dreamhost isn't exactly a provider that just goes dark either. Very interesting....

I saw just now. I hope everything didn’t fry because the back catalog there was a helpful place of reference on many things.

I don't think so either. Most of the time situations like this are caused by a card expiring. It's real easy to forget about since it's all automatic.

Probably just some maintenance going on.

A big provider like DreamHost would VERY rarely schedule maintenance that would cause 404's if ever. If they had some sort of failure, it would be all over the internet. I mentioned it on the book of faces to them and they said they were on it.
