I wanted to give a plug for this event that is on the 14th of October with the captains meeting on Friday the 13th. Last year was the first one and the goal of the event is to help a new person each year fighting breast cancer. The goal of raising $5,000 was surpassed and around $8,100 was raised last year. This is a catch, photo and release tournament in the Jacksonville area. Plenty of water to fish. It was a great time with 74 anglers last year, great food at both meetings (captains and awards).
