I'm looking for a trailer to haul the kayaks around along with camping gear. I either want to truck rack a utility trailer, or get an old boat trailer and make a cargo box with racks on top.
The two kayaks are 14ft so I'm thinking I need at least a 5x10 utility....or any old john boat trailer.
Not afraid to do some work on it.... but it needs to be road worthy/ axle not falling apart.
Let's make a deal!

Re: Wtb ~ trailer for kayaks
Good finds! I didn't see either of those in constant perusing of craigslist....I wonder sometimes if my phone app doesn't actually show all listings.
Gonna contact both of those parties.
Kinda scared the boat trailer is and old steel one though. We will see.
Still looking!
Thanks!

I built mine on and old scotty camper frame and added a longer tongue to make backing it up much easier
