I spent the weekend at Bass Pro in Destin . I like the looks of that Yeti Cooler chest , wow , two hundred and thirty dollars . I am confused about one thing , the literature says that it will keep my food Hot or Cold ! How do it know what I want , hot or cold , there ain't no switch or nothin ?

They aren't worth the money. I got caught up in the hype and have been very dissatisfied with my Rodie 20 and Tundra 45. My old Coleman Extreme does as good. In the South GA heat the ice is good for a day and it is melted by the end of the second day. That's just my .02 cents, I know a lot of folks love them. The tundra's lid warped in the sun after the seconf fishing trip. Maybe I expected too much.

I have no need for a cooler, but I agree with kickstand, if I paid that kind of money, it better do something special.

Polar Bears are a lot of cooler for the money. They also are darn near perfect for kayak fishing. I will usually keep mine between my legs with a couple of different colors/styles of gulp, lip grip, and floating pliers in the pocket. You can fit a limit of trout and probably your two fish limit of reds (have not had that problem yet). This past fall, I had one keep ice for over three days. Glad that Suber made some posts about this product on here....great product and excellent service from them.
