I'm disqualified from being in the tournament as a participant, since I'm the guy putting it on. So I was not participating in that one this weekend. If I was it would have been viewed (I think) as a conflict of interest.

Just a little joshing. But as far as I'm concerned, you should be able to fish in the tournament.

I see no conflict in interest. Unless hosting an event gives you an advantage at catching bigger fish than the rest of us, which it does not. The only advantage you have is you fish all the time and are good at it. next time fish with us, if anyone complains then they don't have to fish, period. we all fish for fun anyways I don't know anyone who fished to win the seat, i know everyone would have liked to win but no one cared!

I will be fishing in all of the rest of the tournaments with all of you, this one got moved around and I had to go to my serious fishing holes to participate. Sorry, I hope it will not happen again. I may get in on the Calcuttas, but I'll leave the prizes to you guys.
