I'm wearing one atr work listening to Audio books while I work. Its pretty comfortable on my big old melon and I can answer calls when they come in and it works pretty damn well so far. I plan on putting my phone in an Otterbox and wear these to answer calls. Got mine at Best Buy

Pretty cool, although those style of headphones have never fit around my melon.

I will have to say though that it took me three Google hits to verify that this thing indeed INCLUDES a microphone. I didn't think you were going to hold your otterbox up to your pie-hole and scream at the case but stranger things have happened.
